Piazza Barberini is located in the heart of the historic center of the Capital, in the Trevi district, between the Quirinale and the Horti Sallustiani, and it attracts attention mainly due to the presence of Bernini’s two fountains. It owes its name to the Palazzo Barberini, which overlooks this area. It represents one of the most visited destinations by tourists, who come here either on purpose or to pause for a moment of relaxation at the café tables after strolling through the center's streets.
